Rixos Premium Dubai JBR

This hotel is nice to go with children (we came there many times with 6yo+ daughter and it was always okay), but sometimes to leave kids at home can be even a better idea )) The rooms are really nice, but I would recommend renting (a bit) more expensive ones or upgrading when coming - their windows are to bluewaters and view is majestic. Also insist on higher floors. Amenity kits are provided by Chopard which is really nice (stayed in even more expensive hotel on Dubai Palm which had a really poor selection and no hair dryer). And, most important, a visit to Rixos' night clubs is a must - both LSB and STK are awesome and people are coming there from all over Dubai to have a fantastic night life.

For the 5th year in row, I keep enjoying the exceptional services and wonderful experience in the Rixos Premium Dubai. They have unique location at the heart of JBR hottest spot in Dubai. The moment of entering this beautiful hotel you get this feeling of luxury and relaxation in the fantastic lounge. As you go to the reception you are warm welcomed by the so friendly and helpful staff who makes everything so easy and convenient. As you come into your room it's truly one of the best rooms you can stay in ever. The room is so spacious and big , with floor to ceiling glass window giving you the amazing views of the sea and the beach. The room is super clean and comfortable with touch screen controlled AC and curtains. The bathroom is so spacious with stand alone bath tub and all bathroom supplies available. The breakfast at Turquoise restaurant is so good and delicious with too many options in a very luxurious ambience. I love the pool so much and spend most of the day by there. The Spa is such a relaxing luxerious experience...

We were there my whole family for 5 days and the hotel is simply extraordinary. The best hotel we've been to! The rooms are very large and spacious, the food in the restaurants in the hotel is amazingly varied and delicious. The service is at the highest levels in the world, employees are kind and attentive to our every request. The level of cleanliness is the best there is. There is no way you will find a place around the hotel without cleaning workers. Monir Almakt should be mentioned favorably who gave us such a good feeling and of course answered all our requests, and made us feel like we were at home. Because of people like him this hotel is considered the best in the area. Without a doubt, we will be back there very soon.

I recently stayed at Rixos JBR from 12-23 August and for the most part, enjoyed my stay - the room was spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I stayed on 12th floor and the housekeeper Ali was the sweetest soul, so kind thoughtful and friendly and made my stay all the better. He would come and check morning and evening if there was anything I needed and was always there to say good morning! Rixos is well located along JBR and there are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel pool was decent, however it is 200aed (approx £40) to use the adult pool (even for hotel guests which I did find a little strange as should be able to use without additional cost if a guest in the hotel). I have been going to Dubai for many many years and enjoyed my stay. Hotel reception somewhat friendly but have experienced friendlier staff at alternate hotels. There is a pool for families and kids (if you prefer to be in a more family environment) which I personally prefer adult only pool. Didn't try any food within the hotel as like to visit restaurants etc - overall a good stay, I was there for my birthday and they had given me a display of flowers on my bed and also a cake which was very kind.
