We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and our travel agent. Initially, we booked for three nights, but everything was so amazing that we decided to extend our stay for another night. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was full of positive energy, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, she assisted us with any questions and everything we needed. The breakfast was simply outstanding—delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The pool area was fantastic, with excellent service from the staff. The pool beds were comfortable, the beach service was exceptional, and the food at the pool bar was absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious and spotless, cleaned twice a day, with a constant supply of fresh water and coffee. Ivan from the service team was always available and assisted with anything we needed. The hotel's location is perfect—right on the beachfront with a private beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The Marina Mall is also within walking distance. Without a doubt, this was an exceptional vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!

The moment of entering this beautiful hotel you get this feeling of luxury and relaxation in the fantastic lounge. As you go to the reception you are warm welcomed by the so friendly and helpful staff who makes everything so easy and convenient. As you come into your room it's truly one of the best rooms you can stay in ever. The room is so spacious and big , with floor to ceiling glass window giving you the amazing views of the sea and the beach. The room is super clean and comfortable with touch screen controlled AC and curtains. The bathroom is so spacious with stand alone bath tub and all bathroom supplies available. The breakfast at Turquoise restaurant is so good and delicious with too many options in a very luxurious ambience. I love the pool so much and spend most of the day by there. The Spa is such a relaxing luxerious experience...

This hotel is nice to go with children (we came there many times with 6yo+ daughter and it was always okay), but sometimes to leave kids at home can be even a better idea )) The rooms are really nice, but I would recommend renting (a bit) more expensive ones or upgrading when coming - their windows are to bluewaters and view is majestic. Also insist on higher floors. Amenity kits are provided by Chopard which is really nice (stayed in even more expensive hotel on Dubai Palm which had a really poor selection and no hair dryer). And, most important, a visit to Rixos' night clubs is a must - both LSB and STK are awesome and people are coming there from all over Dubai to have a fantastic night life.

The Premium Two Bedroom Suite has a dreamlike view to lots of spectacular sights around the palm. You have to see that with your own eys. Our familiy with 4 kids had enough space in that suite and enjoy everything the hotel offers. Great food, very friendly employee in all ares inside the hotel and outside at the pools. Mrs. Sachini made up our suite every day - after the 4 kids played in - and it looks like we are the first users of that suite. The sand and the sea is beautifull. We already booked our next stay in Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. CU soon :-)
